Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made to order — printed and pressed just for you. Production takes 3–5 business days (occasionally up to 7–8), and tracked shipping takes another 9–14 days. In total, plan for 12–21 days from order to doorstep, anywhere in the world. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Why does it take that long?

Because we don't keep warehouses of pre-printed stock. Made-to-order means zero waste, every size always available, and a print that comes off the press days before it reaches you — not months.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

We make it right, free. Email sawtalzaman@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — within 4 hours of ordering, cancellation is free and instant (after that, your piece is already in production). Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

How do the sizes run?

Our fits are slightly smaller than standard Western sizing. If you're between sizes — or you like the oversized streetwear look — size up. Every product page has a full measurement chart in centimeters.

What are the products made of?

100% pure cotton, heavyweight (250 GSM tees, 300 GSM sweaters and hoodies), with a loose drop-shoulder cut. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and avoid ironing the print directly.

Is this officially licensed merchandise?

Our designs are original artistic tributes created by us, inspired by the icons and the era — every illustration is drawn in-house.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with tracking — to the US, Canada, Europe, the Gulf, Israel/Palestine, Australia and beyond. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Is it a good gift?
