How to fill out your order information correctly

We know how important it is to receive your order on time and without any issues. Here's a quick guide to make sure you get your product delivered and on time:

📦 1. Entering Your Shipping Address

Please make sure all the following fields are filled out accurately:

  • 👤 Full Name: Use your real name so the courier can contact you if needed.
  • 📞 Phone Number: Provide a valid number (e.g., 9179381839) for delivery updates or urgent issues.
  • 🏠 Detailed Address:
    • Include street name, house/apartment number, and any other specific location details.
    • Make sure the city, state, and ZIP/postal code are correct (e.g., 4310 Celebration Dr, Hilliard, Ohio, 43026-8809).
    • If your address does not contain a ZIP/postal code that is perfectly fine, just please make sure that you provide as much specific information as possible about the address.
  • 🌍 Country/Region: Double-check that the right country is selected (e.g., United States).

📌 Tip: The more detailed your address, the smoother the delivery process. If you’ve recently moved, don’t forget to update your address before placing your order.

🚚 2. Shipping Time

  • Production time is usually 3–5 days. (sometimes ca reach 7 or 8 days)
  • Shipping takes 9–14 days, with a total fulfillment time of 12–21 days.
  • The final shipping date depends on the item with the longest production time in your order.
  • Upon Purchase you will be provided with an order Tracking Number.
